SHIPPING AND RETURNS
DELIVERY
The term for processing and confirmation of the Application by the Seller is up to 2 (two) working days from the date of its execution. If the seller needs additional time to process and confirm the Order, such a period is agreed with the Buyer additionally.
In the event that the product selected by the buyer is confirmed by the availability manager, or accepted into the order for production, delivery is carried out within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of placing the Order in accordance with section 4 of this Agreement .
Delivery is carried out to the department of the logistics service "Nova Poshta" at the expense of the buyer
according to the tariffs of the logistics service;
delivery time 48 hours;
Address delivery by the logistics service "Nova Poshta" at the expense of the buyer
according to the tariffs of the logistics service;
delivery time 48 hours;
Address delivery abroad is carried out by the logistics service "Ukrposhta" at the expense of the buyer

delivery time 15-21 days;
Express delivery abroad (except for the Russian Federation) is carried out by the logistics service "UPS" / "FedEx" at the expense of the buyer

delivery time 3-5 days;
Express delivery to the Russian Federation is carried out by the logistics service "SDEK Ukraine" at the expense of the buyer. Sending occurs from Ukraine on Wednesdays.

RETURN
The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the received goods of good quality for a similar one within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods, not counting the day of purchase, subject to all the following conditions in the aggregate:
The product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the payment document issued to the Buyer along with the sold product are preserved.
The product is not included in the list of products specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 N 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On the Protection of Consumer Rights "as not subject to exchange and / or return (for example, underwear, hosiery socks, etc.).
In case of return of the Goods, which has already been paid by the Buyer by bank transfer, the paid the funds are returned to them by the Seller within 7 (seven) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller's warehouse. The terms for crediting funds depend on the beneficiary's bank.
